Am I the only one that cannot believe it is already October? I can't believe that we have entered the fourth quarter of 2010!
Goal 1: Balance my medicine & moods
I did an excellent job taking care of myself this month. Being in Vancouver and then in Italy could have thrown everything off - but neither trip did. Instead I utilized both to stay on track.
Goal 2: Write regularly from my soul
Again, a very excellent job here as well. I wrote a lot on my personal blog and - wait for it - over 100 pages on my first fiction project!
Goal 3: Take time to feel good (yoga, meditation, walking, letter walking, etc)
I missed yoga three weeks, once because I just had too much to do, but I have been good about feeling good with other people: friends, family, colleagues. I noticed that I have surrounded myself over the past year with people who support and like me. And while I was in Vancouver, I took lots of walks, a long bike ride, and enjoyed my time alone.
Goal 4: be physically active every single day
In Vancouver I did a great job of keeping active, but in Germany and Italy I was laaaaazy. Still, half of the month = C.
All and all, September was a good month for me. EVEN though I entered into the category "overweight" for the first time in my entire life. Crazy as it may be, I may be overweight but I'm happy.
My special goal for this month is to complete the first draft of my fiction project. And I want to lose 3 kilo by 30. I have 50 days to reach that goal!
