IT IS WHAT IT IS

Yesterday I went to 3 classes at the gym, did not drink nearly enough water, went to 2 band competitions for my daughter and only got 5 hrs sleep last night. So , this morning, instead of going to 2 classes at the gym, I took 2 bottles of water, climbed back in bed and I am going back to sleep.
Rest is what I need today and rest i what I what I shall get - this is my gift to myself
