Step One..

I went to the grocery store with my husband and list. I told him "we" (I) need to eat more healthy. He is a sweetheart and would never say anything about my weight. However, I could tell he has been waiting for me to decide to get back into shape. He will be very helpful to me. We will both benifit!

Exercise? Do I really have to exercise? I just can't seem to muster up the energy to do it. I know I need to...and I will. It is still daylight. Should just get my rump up and go do it. I know I will feel better for it.

I have read some success stories on SP and even made a grocery list with some of the recipes I have found on here. Made a baked chicken recipe tonight. It was good. I am excited about trying other recipes.

Have gotten some encouraging words from people on here and I am so grateful!
