My October/Halloween challenge plan:
GOYAAM #1: Move it for 300 minutes/week
Now jogging over half of the hilly morning route, but as the days get dark and cold, I will jog on the treadmill if I must. Even if it means cutting Hudson’s walk or my shower a little short to make time for it. I’ll jog at least another quarter mile (out of the 3 miles) each week. I’ll keep using the Self Magazine's strength training dumbbell workout, because that’s working! My pilates trainer returns to the gym in 2 weeks, yay!
GOYAAM #2: No zombies! This means no mindless eating, or mindlessly letting the day get away from me without working out and lovin’ my family, my puppy, my life. And it means that if I forget my lunch, I’ll pick up something at the grocery store instead of the vending machine!
GOYAAM #3: Down with the demon. Thanks, YOOVIE for this idea, which I indirectly copped from your blog about the witch in the mirror. :) What is that demon saying today? And what am I doing about it? Ignore it. Or scream back at the b*#@%. Drown her in 8+ glasses of water, LOL! But she can’t have my day – not for an afternoon, an hour, or even 5minutes.
