I am still having a problem with portion control so I have set some new goals for Oct.
1. Stay within my calorie range at least 5 days per week
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water every day.
3. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day.
4. Strength train at least 45 minutes 3X per week.
5. Do 50 crunches every day ( this is for one of my teams challenges)
Personal goals are
1. Read my Bible every day
2. Spend quality time with my husband
3. Learn to love me no matter what I weigh.
