Hello, everyone! Are you enjoying Fall? I am!!! I love this cuddle weather! I hope everyone is doing well! I'm doing alright, just busy! Unfortunately, I have hit that dreaded "plateau" I've heard so much about. I'm extremely impatient with it, and I can't wait for things to start moving again. I'm still killing myself at the gym and trying to be careful with my eating. What stinks is when I exercise for a long period of time, I immediately come home wanting to gnaw my arm off! Any other time in my life, when I would lose 5 or 10 pounds here and there, I would get easily discouraged and fall off the wagon. Not this time. I have worked way too hard for this and I want to lose this weight more than I've ever wanted anything in my life! 52 pounds so far! I've been stuck now for about 3 weeks. By now, I should have lost about 62. Hopefully, things will pick up again very soon! People are really starting to take notice in my weight loss, and that makes me so proud. I honestly don't ever feel like I'm going to give up anytime soon!!!! Has anyone out there experienced this "plateau"? How long did it last for you? What do you suggest I do to get the wheels turning again? Any advice would be great! Thanks everyone for your ongoing support! Have a great weekend! :)
