loved my past two work outs

Yesterday I decided to change my routine and embark on a high intensity exercise:stair climbing.I mean some serious hard core jogging up and down stairs.I did that for about twenty minutes with a few rests in between.I was like a fish out of water,gasping for some much needed air.I cannot say much about my legs ,I can still feel my hamstrings acting up.I felt good afterwards.The body does need some shock therapy to test its limits.Whilst my brain was crying out for me to stop , my will power was urging me further on.
Today I decided to go outside for some running.Wow it felt so liberating.Having fun whilst burning some calories.I also went all bootcamp on myself turning huge logs at a nearby feild for the full length of a rugby pitch.My glutes never had this much of a work out.Talk about a last chance workout similar to that in the Biggest Loser.My weigh in is coming up on Monday and I am hoping for a decent number.This is exactly HOW I want to feel everyday.

I am challenging myself to be able to run 20 minutes non stop at a decent space by October 31st, to also complete my second 10K in support of Cancer sufferers and to reach 205lbs.
