October 30 minute a day workout challenge

Hey guys, for the month of October I've decided to challenge myself to get in a minimum 30 minutes of exercise every day from today (October 1) to October 31. This is a short video asking if anyone is interested in joining me in this workout challenge.

    I'm with you on this! I don't believe in rest days, the human body needs exercise every day! So great idea, good luck!

    I love this blog! I join you in your commitment to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Like you,for me it takes a challenge to keep focused on that goal! Also, for me - exercise is the key. I already have a pretty decent diet. It's the lack of exercise that is my downfall. So I'm in!
