So exhausted...but I wish I could just go go GO!

Where is my energy that I had last year? Why are there not enough hours in the day? I will sit on the couch thinking about how tired i am at the moment and realize 30 minutes have passed...30 minutes that I could have done some exercise. But because I haven't, I either have to now do it later or wait until the next day. I need to look around Sparkpeople and add some new people as friends...some new people who will remotivate me into jumpstarting me into what I NEED to do to finally get this weight off for good. I have already changed my ticker to show my first goal so that it seems more manageable and than I will go from there! Here we GO!

    WOW...I can't remember YOU remember that bootcamp! LOL...Derek was in Iraq and I lost 40 lbs. during that time. I think now just being single, working, going to school, and having the two kids it's harder trying to find the time to fit it all in. But there are people who do it everyday, and I need to do it too!!! I got the number...we will be talking soon...we need to lean on each other!

    i, back in the day you did that boot camp thing and lost all that weight? You can do it again. Even if the workout isn't that intense, it begins with a lil suh'm here and there...gradual changes....eating the right foods (and making up for those that aren't so right), drinking your water...doing a lil workout several times a week. It's those little changes that gives BIG results, but you gotta take it a day at a time and DON'T GIVE UP!!!

    Call me if it gets too crazy...you still have the #, right? It's still (210)
