Day 5/Week 10 Turbo Fire

Today I woke up and felt fine, but at one point where I bent just a little by my desk, my lower back felt sore. I thought I might have overdid it on the jumping or something yesterday. It got worse as the day wore on. I drank some Recovery Drink and it helped some. I was able to do my scheduled workouts - Tone 30 and HIIT 20, but at only about 80%. I didn't want to possibly hurt myself but I wanted to work out. So I didn't sweat as usual, but I did manage to get hot and get my heart rate up. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
