How do you view your food?

This is science guys!! Weightloss is 80% diet so why are we more stressed about getting our exercise in? We need to start focusing on the foods we eat every time we eat them!!

    Great vlog!! Lots of very valid points. Made me think about things in a different way. Thats crazy that 30 minutes of exercise is only 2 percent of our day.
    I wish I was the person who thought EVERYTHING tastes good. It should would be easier for me. Unfortunatly, usually the onlyt hings are like are the things that are HORRIBLE for me... :(

    Great blog! You are so right about the importance of paying attention to our food throughout the day! When I track my food, I lose weight. It's not easy, but then choosing to work out daily isn't always easy, either. I get amazed when I read blogs and people talk about their exericse, then talk about all the food (junk food, overeating, etc) and wonder why they're not losing weight. You can lose weight with just exercise or just diet, but it is so much harder, and slower and frustrating. Combine the two, and it gets so much easier. And the benefits to your health are so important! I'm middle aged, so I'm really aware that I've wasted these last five years and let my health go down, but I'm taking action. I see young people who are suffering from the same conditions I'm working to overcome and I want to shake them and say: eat right, get out and do something physical daily. That's all it takes! And yet, it is still so hard, because it takes self-control, planning, and time.
