Ok was toying with the idea, of returning to eating meat (My PETA dedication, and cruelty to animals still stands, so that is very doubtful). Because of 2 reasons. One, not enough protein. Two, eating wayyyyyyy too much eggs and cheese. And Shrimp and some fish are just not that healthy for one to eat. Shrimp is loaded with cholesterol. And fish, Mercury, being the enemy here, and cheese a multiple of reasons, a great big one, is it binds you. I will really have to think about it. I am wondering if scallops are allowed, they actually do not have "eyes" Most Vegans use that, don't eat anything with eyes. Hmmmmm I wonder does that include potatoes? Of course, if I step into this very constricted lifestyle will be even harder, to get that much needed protein. One thing I do notice, is that
I drag around much more, when I don't make my protein levels for the day.
