Trying to hang in there....

I have been absent from the site for a few days. My office was in the process of a move and I lost my computer. Now the fun part of all this is that my office moved to a different location but I am not going. So essentially yesterday should have been my last day of work since they don't have a place for me anywhere. However I have been given a two week extension at another location to finish off some of my scanning that I have left (insert well gee thanks here). The stress I am under is taking a toll on me and I am getting distracted and forgetful. I have taken the day off today and am just going to relax.
Never fear though I am still watching my calorie intake and hitting the gym. Never thought I would say this but I feel better after working out. It seems to be a constant that brings me back down to earth. I would rather be facing this and still be losing weight then handle this by getting bigger and more unhealthy.
So my SP friends please keep me in your thoughts because it is getting a little bumpy for me :)

    I think we are both is the same boat, it is swaying back and forth in the storm and the waves might pull us in. How about we message each other everyday and name 3 postive things that happen and what we did to help us reach out weight loss goals. I think that might be able to help us get back on track

Together WE can do this! emoticon
