I promised to set out goals and hold myself accountable for reaching them. My goals for September were:
Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Stay within my set calorie range
Find at least 15 minutes to exercise each day, even if it's only walking.
How'd I do?

I wish I'd been able to post 30 out of 30 for all 3 goals, but I'm okay with my B+. I am actually pretty proud of getting so close to my exercise goal because it was couch to 20-30 minutes per day.
October goals? I need to think about this.
