    Congrats on 20 pounds lost! You look fantastic, and you ARE a runner! We'll definitely have to go for a run together at some point. Oh, and you need to drag my lazy butt out for lunch time walks :)

    Congrats on the 20 lbs down! With your running goals, the other 16.8 will be a cinch. I've yet to do my 2nd day of C25K...I need to get my behind in gear. The weather is fantastic, so I can't blame it on that!

    I stayed on Ottawa that day and was chilly too - I changed into dry socks and shoes (and my whole outfit really) in the truck before I left.

Can't wait to see your trainer kick your behind!
