Day 3 & 4/Week 10 Turbo Fire

Yesterday, Day 3, I did Sculpt 30 and HIIT 25 and today I did Fire 55 EZ (that EZ still gets me...it's NOT EZ!!!). I'm still loving my TF workouts and am so glad that I plan to do a hybrid with it when I'm done with this round. I haven't done HIIT 25 for awhile and forgot that I kinda like it. (20 is my favorite). On 25 we do 4 combos twice each and they're just a bit more complicated than 15 and 20. There's also quite a bit of jumping in it...but as usual, I modify and adjust. :)
