Thursday, September 30, 2010

Sparkers, I love you so much that I'm willing to post this, despite the fact that I hate my hair! I just couldn't wait to communicate with you all :) Its been a month since my last update...so I'm beginning to think maybe I'll weigh in at the beginning of each month, and blog at the end.

I agree 1000%. Guilt has no place in this journey of us bettering ourselves. It never hurts, it hinders I always say... Thanks for sharing chica...You look great!

good for you! I'm glad you didn't give up on the marathon training and found something that worked for you. A marathon is an emoticon accomplishment whether you walk, run or crawl. emoticon

We are our own travel agent for guilt trips. It's funny the tricks the mind plays. So be good to yourself and move on. Guilt does nothing but bring us down and keep us there. Good luck with the training and enjoy your walk this morning!

Another winner dear. When I watch your blogs, it makes me feel like I'm sitting down chatting with a friend. SO the first thing I wanted to say was don't be so hard on yourself. You're a lovely person who many people here look to for inspiration. So what if you don't do everything right every time. You wouldn't need spark if you did, then we wouldn't get to chat like we do.

Guilt is a killer no matter what the circumstance. Don't get captured by it, kick it out of the way and move on.

Thanks for sharing! I think that everyone has felt the guilt cycle at one time or another. Even if it's not with weight loss, I'm sure with school, work, family, etc. I just recently pulled myself out of that guilty cycle funk. And you're right, why do we even need a funk. We should just say ok, "That wasn't the best day" and move onto the next and make that one the best that we can. Great point!

And yey for HS boys checkin you out! All I got today was an old man glance...LOL

Oh, and there's nothing wrong with walking. I completed two marathons as a walker and they are two of my greatest accomplishments. Best of luck with your training!

=) Cassie
