Well, today's the last day of September. So, I've been thinking about October--what will it hold. Tomorrow, Oct. 1st, I have my first weigh-in for the Fall 5% challenge. I'm looking forward to it--with some reserve. The past two weeks the scale has gone up and stayed there. While I haven't really stressed too much over the scale, because I know I am doing the right things, I'm still a little worried about weigh-in. Yet, I can't wait to weigh-in to see if I can do a happy dance!
I love Fall/Winter here in Florida. That's when the weather starts to cool down and you can enjoy outside activity. Now that I am getting healthier, I am hoping to be able to do some outside activities...maybe even go for a walk! I used to love walking.
With the 5% Fall Challenge now in full motion, I was thinking about my next big goal--entering Onederland! I am hoping to reach that goal by the end of this year. That means I have some where between 15-20 pounds to lose--depending on tomorrow's weigh-in. That's only 5-7 pounds a month. I think it is a reasonable goal!
Earlier I was playing with a BMI calculator. I've decided my next mini goal after that is 174. That will take me into the overweight category! Yes, I will be so excited to be overweight--not obese! I haven't set a date yet for this goal.
So there ya have it! My thoughts for this last day of September!
