And then there was my health...

Thursday, September 30, 2010

My health has always taken a back seat on the bus of my priorities. I think life was way too interesting to mind anything more than ..... well, nothing. I was always mostly healthy... there wasn't a problem, until there was a problem.

Now, approaching 60, I'm changing my mind about my health. First, I quit smoking. That was huge. From that comes the rest of it, the nutrition and activity that will keep me going for another 60 decades. ;)

What motivates me? Living long enough for science to find life on Mars.

So, here I am, getting my Spark Points. Visit my page, view my pictures and post a comment or two. Thanks for listening.

Congratlutions on your life-enhancing changes. There's no way anyone can convince me that the 60's can't be the best decade ever!

I'm in my 50's and have never worried about my health much either, til recently. I'm working on excercise, nutrion, and weight loss (lots of weight loss). Good for you that you quit smoking, I wish so much that I could quit. Keep up the good work.
