YOU CAN DO IT!!! Never ever give up!

We all have days when it's hard, we can't be bothered...but you just have to keep going. Just believe in yourself & picture yourself at goal weight!

    Happy belated Bday!

Welcome, and may this be the beginning of a true, lasting effort to get yourself to happy and healthy. But remember, it is the road that matters. And I recommend reading "The Myth of Motivation" blog entry by NOTABOUTHEFACE, it is an eyeopener! ;-)

See you around, and thanks for sharing.

Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, haaaapy birtdaaaay toooo uuuuuuuu.

You can carve this marble block one chip at a time. So where is the chisel, grab that apron and begin.

Oooh wait a minute, lets first have a glass of water, a piece of fruit and that cup of cereal, hot/cold your choice. Need to sweeten this, my choice is honey (only sweetener named in the bible)1tsp only no matter the size of the container.

Eat slowly and savor the taste. Don't forget to say thanks, because u have what it takes to complete the project.

Patiently awaiting the finished project 1yr from 9/29/2010.

God Bless You. emoticon emoticon

Rah Rah he's our man, if he can't do it no one can!!!
Not what you meant, I know, I know. But really, You have come this far. A little surgery can't bring ya down. You're gonna get back, start small and gain momentum. There is NO quitting. I am also 32 and in terrible shape. I like to tell myself I am gonna kill this or it will kill me. Not a happy thought, but a good help I think.
Cheerio!

Happy birthday and congrats on the weight you have lost so far!! You've done it in the past, so you know you can do it again. Just gotta put in the work. I know it's hard enough for me to stay on top of my diet/exercises, so I can't imagine how it must feel knowing how far you have to go, but I also can't imagine how badly you must want to lose the weight. Remember all the reasons you want it- you gotta keep yourself motivated. All the support in the world can't help you if you don't have your inner fire lit. Rooting for you all the way...

GO GO GO!? Does that help at all!?

I am not sure I will weigh myself on my birthday! You are braver than I am. But then again I treat my birthday like some sacred holiday (it is after all...) and try my best not to work or do anything else unpleasant.

I don't know what it is about b-days but they always make great goal dates and/or reminders that we have/have not hit those goals. But 32 is young! And if you have already lost that much weight you KNOW you can do it...

Hey happy 32nd birthday. It sounds like you want to lose and spark people is a good place to start. Maybe stop looking at how much you weigh and how much you need to lose as it can be discouraging. Maybe work at it 5 pounds at a time even if its only a pound a week. We all lose differently. My son who is 36 is also overweight and has a hard time taking it off and keeping it off. You can do it.
