So our challenge this week is to drink half our weight in ounces of water (130 for me) I have been doing it everyday so far but it is so hard. I don't know if anyone else is struggling but I drink and drink then I go and go and go. I swear I haven't gone to the bathroom this much ever lol. I fill up my water bottle six times a day and mark my water on my marker board. I only drink about half of the last bottle because it puts me at 130 but has anyone else doing this challenge been getting up at night because of it? I must say i am certainly hydrated but so sick of water lol .
as a side note I wanted to say that on this challenge we should all be aware of water intoxication. so don't drink more than 48ounces in an hour! or about 2quarts a day. I don't think anyone will do the daily amount but hourly we may run a risk because at meals i do sometimes drink two bottles of water at 20 oz each so just to put it out there to be aware of ....

    OMG, I share your sentiments! Sometimes I feel like I'm going to float away! Yes, be VERY careful about water intoxication. If you get some extra exercise in, that should help too because you'll be sweating some of it out.

    Good point about the water intoxication! This is a really tough challenge, though I do feel like it's paying off. I need about 108 ounces - and the only easy way to get it in is if I do a morning workout and can knock out 30 oz or so before I leave for work. Otherwise, yeah, my sleep starts to suffer! :)

    I agree that this is a tough challenge. I have to get at least 104 oz. I also thought about water intoxication. We should be careful with this one. I get up at least once to use the bathroom since starting this challenge, but part of the problem is I wait too late to finish up my last20 oz..... :/
