I re-started my journey on Labor Day Weekend, even though my birthday was the following weekend and my soulmate's birthday was the weekend after that. I celebrated ALOT and tried to do really well when I wasn't celebrating. I decided to work on the small stuff first, like drinking 8 cups of water a day and making better choices (when not celebrating the birthdays.) I also started measuring and watching portion sizes. I cut out alot carbs too, but still get a respectable amount in daily.
Despite all my birthday celebrating, and there was ALOT of it, I have already lost 17 pounds. I already feel much better. My back hurts less. I'm not as tired. I have more energy.
