A Few Days In

Well I'm a few days in to my new goals. So far I have designated a notebook as a food journal and kept track of my food everyday. I have not, however, done the exercise. I wish I could convince my husband that this is something he needs too. Then he and I could take walks together.

    I can't be online all the time and it is easier to put it in the notebook first. Then I enter it into Spark at the end of the day.

    Have you tried tracking your food at SP instead of a notebook? I just love doing it.
