OK, I know this will shock you, I have a sweet tooth, a horrible sweet tooth that begs for attention after dinner each night. I try and have fruit as part of my meal most nights and it usually takes care of the demon sweet tooth but not lately. So I made a huge discovery tonight while rummaging around for something sweet and I want to share it with all of you. This is healthy, for the most part and just about 300 calories so I can fit it in on a day like today that included a 5 mile hike with lots of hills.
1 TBSP Reduced fat Smucker's Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Nutella
1/4 cup raw oats
Mix the stuff together and swoon. I promise, you will swoon.
It did the trick and we are all very happy now.
