Getting My Fitness In

Good Day Sparfam! Its a beautiful sunny day here in Chicago & I am basking in that glow. . . . Today, I got up & made myself do All Star Workouts Yoga Zen w/weights.
I have been taking power walk breaks all day & tonight its abs, legs & glutes. Its gone be tough but I am trying to stay concentrated on getting fitness in as well as healthier foods. Yesterday, I wasn't a big mess but I will call yesterday my cheat day. I had Red Vines & grilled hamburger & chicken thigh. So I have to straighten up & fly right today. What I didn't understand is that I woke up at 1am last night hungry.
Guess what I am not thinking about?
I feel strong & I am not getting in the bed until its time to go to sleep. I stayed in bed all of yesterday except to cook a few side dishes. lol I know I'm a BUM! lol
Don't forget to dance today, its Hump Day!!
What healthy foods or new fitness class/dvd do you want to try?
