    The morning stretch DVD sounds like a great way to start your day. I totally agree that your workout routine needs to be manageable. A perfectionist? Hmmmm we've never had that conversation before :) Oh yeah, if you have a bad knee, then I would approach running with trepidation too. Swimming is great, and biking is always fun if the weather is good!

    Hey when I stayed with a friend in Austin,we started drinking green smoothies.We put in spinach celery and whatever frozen fruit or other fruit we wanted.I was totally shocked at how good it was.When I first thought of spinach and celery in a smoothie I was like,that HAS to be gross.Now the only time you will see me put celery in my mouth is thru a smoothie.

    NICE jewery. I really like it. GREAT job on your pushups. You are doing great. I think you SHOULD post when your not feeling to hot because it is an outlet. It helps.
    YAY you are gonna try a green smoothie. The KEY ingredient is Bananas. I ALWAYS put at least one in every smoothie. It really helps to make it a little sweeter and more of a smoothie consistency. Also apples are a good choice. I don't put milk in mine, just water. And make sure you don't OVERDO the spinich. They say 2-3 big handfulls so at first I was like grabbing the GIANT handfulls and shoving them in my blender, but now I realize they just mean to grab a good portion in one hand. Not PACK in in one hand.. lol Just as long as it turns a green color your good. If you need it a little sweeter, try stevia. Don't judge the green smoothies based on your first attempt, sometimes you got to tweak it. And I gotta say, I've been putting in these smoothie ready fruit cup things that are pinapple mango and they are making my smoothie taste so amazing that I can't wait for morning to come for me to have it... :)
