weighed in at 173. gained a lb. so i'm now 2 lbs away from my first mini goal. Damn period. ANYWAYS...
Fall Biggest Loser Challenge: We're having a cardio challenge. At least i think we are. I need to double check. Regardless, I'll be doing cardio (as in going walking in the A.M.) every day except 1. I wont plan this day. It'll probably be sunday though. isn't that my lazy day? haha I'm off to a good start. I walked 2 miles in 35 minutes this morning.
i did managed to leave 10 minutes earlier this morning. I'll go for the same tomorrow morning. then i'll aim for even earlier after that. My DH says he'll walk with me Friday and Saturday. Hope he knows that means i'll be waking him up at 7 am on friday. lol We can sleep a little on Saturday, but not much, seeing as my daughter has a soccer game and soccer pictures. Maybe i'll run around with my son during half of that game. That would be good cardio.
Back to studying and cleaning. those dishes aren't gonna wash themselves, especially since my dishwasher is broke.
