Stronger Seniors Core Strength w/Resistance Band

The Stronger SeniorsĀ® Core Strength Chair Exercise Program is designed to help seniors and those with mobility challenges to develop the core foundation of the body-The muscles of the Abdominals, the Lower Back, and the Pelvic Floor. These muscles support the spine and internal organs, essential to the overall fitness of the body.

There are also resistance band exercises for the legs and ankles for improved balance.

Core Strength is based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, modified for the chair to make Pilates routines easy for everyone.
