Sept 29 Goals

Yesterday was a pretty good day. I got most things done that I wanted to. But my weight is back up again. I am so tired of seeing 166-167 on the scale. It seems that no matter what I do or don't do it just keeps jumping between those two numbers. I am almost to the point where I think I am going to quit weighing every day and only weigh once a week or maybe even once every other week because it is so frustrating to see that same number on the scale when I have upped my workouts, I have been trying to track my food better and yet nothing is changing. :-(
For my actual report...I think I may have only gotten 10 glasses of water yesterday instead of the 12. I did have two large glasses of water at Bunco (which is really 4 - 8 oz glasses). I am not sure that I stayed under calories...there was lots of good stuff at bunco last night...I had fruit salad (cantalope, raspberries, and strawberries), probably 2 Tbsp of a 7 layer dip (with fat free beans in it) with some whole grain type chips, then I had another cracker thing that had a slice of cheese (not sure what kind) and hot pepper jelly on it and finally I had about 1 Tbsp of nutella and 3 pretzel sticks (the fat ones). It sounds like a lot and maybe it was but I certainly wasn't stuffed or miserable after I ate it and I had just eaten dinner about 1 hour before. Who knows. I had my PEP appt yesterday so I did about 10 mins on the treadmill and then about 30 mins of weight training and then 15 mins on the rowing machine. I got the laundry done that I absolutely wanted to and started on a third load and got the pricing done for the women's meeting.
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Stay under 1400 calories
3. Exercise for at least 30 mins
4. Household chores: Finish folding laundry from yesterday and go through mail.
I guess that is all, if I can do more yay for me! lol
