So I recently started back to work. My son is almost 18 months and sleeps through the night so I decided to go back to working evenings, cleaning at the local school here in town. I can go once my husband gets home, but some nights that's not till 10 pm. I've been so tired because I usually work till 12:30 or 1 and then don't get to bed till 2 am and then my son wakes up at 7 or 8. So I've been so tired, and didn't think I had any energy, or time to work out.
Today though I decided to see what I could accomplish. So I worked out right after we went down for his afternoon nap, and then I had a snack and was able to nap as well. This evening I have so much more energy than I've had the last three weeks in the evenings. And I'm pretty sure it's due to my work out. I also have been trying hard to stay within my calorie range for food and I almost did it today, but I don't feel bloated or sick to my stomach like I usually do.
All that to say, I feel good about my day and I'm looking forward to getting to work tonight and home again so I can sleep. But YA for ENERGY!
