I know I suppose to stay on my diet. I have been eating plenty of yogurt and bananas. Honey, Now, I have learned how eat some soul food in moderation. My mouth started watering when I went into my kitchen and and create one of my favorite dishes; Liver and Onions, yellow rice, and broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower . Doesn't' this sound delicious? It is not to fattening either. Yum! Yum!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon Love liver and when I make it I have to use coconut flour and almond flour. It even tastes great too.
