It has been a ROUGH last 4 weeks for me....and the past several months have been an adjustment trying to fit working out in with a full time work schedule. I have really gotten off track over the past 4 weeks however. I have been having a lot of family stress and work stress; as a result I have been eating worse, not exercising as much, sleeping too much, and have gained 5 lbs back :(
So enough of the pity party! Time to get back on track! I know that even though the increased stress will not be gone for quite some time yet, I will feel 100% better if I am running, eating well, burning 2500-3000 calories a week, staying within my calorie range, and not allowing myself to wallow in depression from being overwhelmed!
My re-commitment is to:
*Add the 5 lbs to my weight tracker for accountability
*Run 3 days a week, shooting for 15 miles a week
*Walk, hike, or do water aerobics 3 days a week
*Burn 2500-3000 calories a week
*Start weight training consistently again
*Stay within 1300-1650 calorie range
*Get 8-9 hours of sleep per night
*Limit alcohol to weekend nights only
*Track food EVERY day!
Thank you to all my spark friends who are congratulating me when I complete a run or get an award and sending nice comments my way! It makes me feel good and definitely more motivated to see that nice message in my email! I know I can do this! WOOHOO!
