Everything is hitting at once

Whew! I am trying to catch my breath.
1. The house- still in early stages, not yet received a executed contract due to mistakes - some my realtor and some hud.
2. Doctor visit yesterday- 2 choices artificial insemination with fsh injections (which includes 3 doctor visits/wk- 20% success rate/ cycle and costs $2000/ cycle)
invitro - 40%-55% success rate $10,000/ try.
But also at the appointment, he did a ultrasound and found a abnormality. He thinks I could possibly have endometriosis. I have another appointment in 3 weeks to make sure its not a blood clot that enlarged, but if it isnt I will have to have surgery.
Which puts this right about the time we would close on our house.
3. My truck needs inspection and 2 days ago the check engine light came on.
I did indulge in some reese's peanut butter cups this morning, Yes, I am stressing, and yes I am using this as a excuse to eat even though I know better.

OMG you have so much going on. Stay calm and try to control the things you can. One day at a time, remember!

This is a bunch of stuff all at once and is plenty to make a person be stressed. Your health is the most important, and the best thing for that is to try to limit the stress. I know it is impossible for you to eliminate it right now, but you CAN limit it. Don't allow yourself to accept these as an excuse to not work towards your health! Work on what you DO have control over. So, here's another list for you--a list of the things that you DO have control over.
1. You DO have control over what you eat!
2. You DO have control over the exercise you do!
3. You DO have control over how you handle all of this.
Now, as to the other things--
A. Your house--It is going to happen or it is NOT going to happen and there is nothig you can do to chage that, so why worry about it. (I know you will still have trouble waiting--I think waiting is one of the toughest things in life.
B. Your body--You will either have the surgery or you won't. The best thing to do, either way, is to try to be the healthiest you can be when it does or does not happen--thus, back to 1, 2 & 3 above.
C. Your Baby--You don't have to decide this right away. You can take the time to think about it and maybe after these other things pass, your options might change or become more obvious to you--so again--don't allow it to control your thoughts!
D. Your truck--Wait until you get it to the shop and hear the estimate. Pray that it is less serious than you fear. Again, fretting about it will NOT change anything, and will only deter you in your other goals.
I know it is easy for someone else to say these things, but hopefully, if you sit down and take a 2nd look at all of it, things will improve.
I will praying for some happy news to come your way soon! And also, remember that you have all of us here at SP (and BLC too!), so when things get hairy, come back here for some more encouragement. We are all here for you!

Nature you have a lot going on. I'm glad you posted this and are reaching out. Take it one thing at a time. Your health is the most important. The house stuff will come together. You will get the tuck to the shop and as for the rest, maybe it will just give you time to think what would be the best option for you guys. I know you're stressing, but you've worked so hard. Dont forget I'm here if you need to vent.

Sounds like you are stressing for many good reasons. At least you know you're eating due to stress, and acknowledging it. Good luck with everything!
