Well, I'm over 4 weeks in to my re-start of the TNT program, and everything's going great. I've been sticking to the diet (still no cheats), and the weight training is going very well (started week 4 with the weights tonight).
Picked up my last load of lannonstone last week, and now have roughly 25 tons of the stuff stored in my yard, waiting for me to think of something creative to build out of it. I have some ideas, but other projects are more pressing right now. The license and insurance are going to expire on my dump truck this Thursday (the 30th), so hauling rocks is over for this year. I'll start again in April or May, this time with boulders and large fieldstone from a different source. About a summer or 2 of that should get me what I need to finish out the remaining retaining walls and landscaping. Though finishing is still a couple years off, I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel now. When it's all done, it should all look quite cool, and should last until well after I'm dead and gone.
Anyway, physically, I'm feeling great. Strength is coming along nicely, and clothes are fitting much better. I'm doing my level best to avoid the scale. Had a weigh-in last Friday at work for our next quarterly "Biggest Loser" contest (Starts Friday the 1st and ends just before the Christmas Holidays). Didn't do well in the last contest, but have lost 6 pounds since my re-start of TNT. My confidence is high. I'm off to my most solid start in a year. I'm really feeling good about things this time around . . .
Thank you for stopping in and sharing some of your time.
Hope you're having success and that you keep reaching for your goals !
