I just joined the Determined Daisy's.
One of our challenges is to blog, which I don't think I am very good with!
I will try!
I have recently lost 23 pounds and have 5 more to go to my goal.
I am walking each day for 30 to 45 minutes and also doing strength training. I also love pilates and yoga.
I really want to keep off this weight this time. I have lost and gained it back many times. The holidays will be a challenge. I know portion control is key and EXERCISE!!!
