OKAY ... I WANT TO KNOW
HOW DO YOU GRACEFULLY RECOVER FROM THIS POISE.

It's MONDAY
A good day to regroup and try for that extra push.
I need to get that extra momentum going because my progress is really lagging.
I'm on a self inflicted plateau and I want to jump off.
I really need to log my exercise.

So...I'm going to walk 2 miles today, do my toning video, and do some dancing.
Foodwise: I'm going with oatmeal with raisins for breakfast,
Lunch: spinach, tomato, and cheese omelet for lunch,
Dinner: Lemon Chicken with Broccoli/Cauliflower, and red peppers.
Snacks: Need to get some Apples and Pears.

  I need to find a way to get better motivated too. I have been on a plateau for far too long. I am also so sick of my computer service. Because of where we live, the only choice we have right now is dial-up and it is so slow that it takes far too long to do all of what I like to do on this site. I am seriously thinking of quitting so that I can devote more time to getting more exercise in.........if I don't quit completely, maybe just cut back. I am not sure what I will do.
Anyway........your food intake and choices sound great and I know how much you love Zumba, so I know you will continue to do well. Thanks again for being such a wonderful friend and for giving me so much inspiration. I know I would miss that.......

    That picture reminded me of how I tripped on a box last night - fell (slowly) into the box - and had the hardest time getting up because my knees were higher than my chest, and the box was collapsing as I tried to push off of it. I wasn't hurt, but I felt like a turtle on my back, trying to right myself! emoticon

    I agree with the regroup mindset! I did the 10 minute AM yoga, a 10 minute arm/chest workout and a little cardio, until the cat dish spilled. Now I have to clean behind the fridge!
