OKAY ... I WANT TO KNOW
HOW DO YOU GRACEFULLY RECOVER FROM THIS POISE.
It's MONDAY
A good day to regroup and try for that extra push.
I need to get that extra momentum going because my progress is really lagging.
I'm on a self inflicted plateau and I want to jump off.
I really need to log my exercise.
So...I'm going to walk 2 miles today, do my toning video, and do some dancing.
Foodwise: I'm going with oatmeal with raisins for breakfast,
Lunch: spinach, tomato, and cheese omelet for lunch,
Dinner: Lemon Chicken with Broccoli/Cauliflower, and red peppers.
Snacks: Need to get some Apples and Pears.
