A boat is safe in the harbor. But this is not the purpose of a boat.
And we are safe in your comfortzone (read: i-have-an-excuse-for -everything-zone):
It's cold and bit of windy day, i won't go for a walk/jog
It's my mum's / granmum's made who can i say i won't take an other piece
Until i don't find a buddy to go to kickboxing class, i won't go there
Drive-in junk food places are so convenient
Snowboarding isn't for me, i think
I can't cook and i never will
There's no where to jog in our neighbourhood
I can't handle with the weight loss right now, i have kids
If you are saying that it's impossible then try to think 3-5 very good reasons why is it impossible. When you have your reasons try to think if you change them to make it possible or what are causing those reasons/factors what keep you saying " it's impossible".
Come out from your comfortzone!
Think outside of the box!
Leave the harbour and start to live your life!
I am making a plan how to fit cardio training (at least 30 min) into my everyday life and what kindo of cardio to do that i woun't try to avoid it ( the hardest part of my plan making)
