A boat is safe in the harbor. But this is not the purpose of a boat. (Paulo Coelho)

Monday, September 27, 2010

A boat is safe in the harbor. But this is not the purpose of a boat.

And we are safe in your comfortzone (read: i-have-an-excuse-for -everything-zone):
It's cold and bit of windy day, i won't go for a walk/jog
It's my mum's / granmum's made who can i say i won't take an other piece
Until i don't find a buddy to go to kickboxing class, i won't go there
Drive-in junk food places are so convenient
Snowboarding isn't for me, i think
I can't cook and i never will
There's no where to jog in our neighbourhood
I can't handle with the weight loss right now, i have kids
etc.

If you are saying that it's impossible then try to think 3-5 very good reasons why is it impossible. When you have your reasons try to think if you change them to make it possible or what are causing those reasons/factors what keep you saying " it's impossible".

Come out from your comfortzone!
Think outside of the box!
Leave the harbour and start to live your life!

I am making a plan how to fit cardio training (at least 30 min) into my everyday life and what kindo of cardio to do that i woun't try to avoid it ( the hardest part of my plan making) emoticon I want to start with it already today emoticon

My hardest part has been with strength training. Not fitting it in as much as just doing it more often. We can do this!
