I have lost 2 lbs since my last blog entry. Unfortunately I've been sick with the flu for the last two to three weeks so I'm not sure it counts.
I've decided to reset my goals and start over. I can't say I will do better this time, but I will try. There are some things I intend to change in my strategy, though. I intend to designate a notebook specificaly for a food journal so that even if I can't get online that day I have still kept track. I plan to follow a schedule for exercise and keep it up with my chubby puppy. She and I can lose weight together.
