ENJOYING THE EXERCISE-BUT WHERE IS THE WEIGHT LOSS

I've been exercising and I do enjoy it. I'm not sure what my problem is. I've still been tracking my food intake and going to exercise. My weight loss has been the same three to one pound. I exercise 3 days a week for one hour. I had formerly been doing 4-5 days a week for one hour but there was no weight loss. I've got to find my way OUT.
