ENJOYING THE EXERCISE-BUT WHERE IS THE WEIGHT LOSS

I've been exercising and I do enjoy it. I'm not sure what my problem is. I've still been tracking my food intake and going to exercise. My weight loss has been the same three to one pound. I exercise 3 days a week for one hour. I had formerly been doing 4-5 days a week for one hour but there was no weight loss. I've got to find my way OUT. emoticon

    Yeah I know the feeling. Someone once told me inches inches inches and this is what you probably are losing as well. If you can feel the change in your body then don't worry about the scale so much. There are other ways to measure how well you are doing... feeling smaller, smaller clothes size, compliments from other etc. Keep up the good work and remember consistency pays!

    Join the crowd.... the scale doesn't move for me a lot as well....
