OK, something worth sharing. I have finally learned the benefits of planning ahead for what I know I am going to eat later. Using the Nutrition Tracker I can put in various scenarios - AHEAD OF TIME! - and make changes to it. This lets me see how much I can have, what various quantities will do to my daily intake, and lets me see what I need to adjust. I can plan for snacks etc and maybe even a glass of wine or a dessert. Not rocket science, but something important for me.
