i have a free week pass at bally's and i missed 3 days because i over did it for the first two days. I was workingout but not eating enough, becaus i want to lose the weight fast but going about it the wrong way. I did 97min on the treadmill and 40 min on the bike and then i did situps and i lift weights on the first day the second day i did 47 min on the treadmill even though i was going for 60 then i did 15 min on the bike and that was all i did on the second day. i felt real sick so that drain me from going for a lil while but i think i am well enough to go back now, at least that is what my mind is telling me gotta see if my body is up for the challange .
