Day 19 - I blew it

I started with healthy choices but after dinner I blew it. We made lasagna and it was pretty healthy. Mom made it with ground turkey instead of beef, and added spinach and onions to give it some veggies. It tasted awesome! Then I had several pieces of garlic bread. My hubby made his homemade banana pudding and I just gave up! Tomorrow is gonna be tragic - got weigh-in and Im still on my period. We shall see how it goes.
A part of me wants to just give up completely. It would be so much easier and it would make my life stress free, for now. I cant help but to play devils advocate and be worried that I get diabetes or some kinda disease from all this excess weight.
Just a few words from my mind.
