I haven't been able to keep up with my Sparks. I take that back. Since I lost weight it has been difficult to lose any more than 30lbs. I changed my exercise regiment as often as possible, my knees started bothering me, but I would do as much as I could. No matter what the number on the scale stayed the same. This happened around November of last year.
So, I stopped.
But, on the bright side I have not allowed the weight to return. A co-worker asked me if I was still Sparking. I told her that although I don't follow up and track my food as frequently as I used to I do eat pretty much the same foods. I pay attention to how my clothes feel. When they feel a little snug I will walk more during the day, make sure I drink lots of water, increase the fruits and veggies. I just use common sense when it comes to making food choices.
The big plus...THE WEIGHT I LOST HASN'T RETURNED IN ALMOST ONE YEAR! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME!! I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT SPARK PEOPLE!
