My 7-Day Challenge – Please Help Me Stay Accountable!
It’s been raining here in the mid west section of the country more or less for the last couple of weeks. This week we’ve had terrible flooding even. So my out door walking program has moved indoors.
Last week I pulled out some of my Leslie Sansone’s Walking DVD’s. I have been using her “Fast Start! 1 & 2 Mile Walk” which contains interval training. That has given my workout a nice boost. I think it’s even helped with added weight loss.
Yesterday I used her “3 Fast Miles!” DVD. It was a really good work out for me. It was 45 minutes long. Just right! In this DVD she challenges the person using it to ‘use it for the next seven days” and see what a difference it can make. I’m supposed to see gains in fitness and weight loss. What do I have to loose? Some weight, I hope!
I have made the commitment to faithfully use this DVD for 7 days.
Yesterday was Day 1, today is Day 2. I did it this morning already and have it on my schedule to do again tomorrow – Sunday, September 26th, Day 3.
Since “accountability” is a big part of my program – I wanted to “make this commitment public.”
There’s no going back on my promise to myself. And I wanted you to know, so that you don’t let me off the hook.
I promise to update daily on when I do the DVD.
