My Plan For Thanksgiving

My plan to make it through Thanksgiving without gaining weight is mostly to watch my portions. I have finally gotten it through my stubborn head that too much food is too much food whether it is healthy or not. I pan to continue to exercise and drink my water and have fun visiting with my family and friends, NOT EATING.
