to give myself another taking to. I was thinking about soda and thought to myself that after I go to the doctor on October 6 that I have gone over 200 days with out a soda and not lost a single pound that why not have one. But then I started thinking that it really isnt about loosing weight more then making a healthy choice. So now I'm back on track and thinking how excited I'll be when I reach 365 days. That will be one really big accomplishment for me.
