A Good Night

I now look forward to a good night sleep. However, I still wake up several times each night. The difference is, I am falling to sleep, or back to sleep almost instantly now. The best part is getting the full 8 hours of sleep each day. Whenever I wake up with less than 8 hours, I roll back over, and catch more zzzzzzzz's
