So I've forgotten how completely annoying it is to track each and every calorie you take in!
It's so easy to get out of the habit and once you do, it's just bad news. It's so easy to eyeball something and go "yep, that's green, I bet it's good for me!" I got out of the habit of tracking while I was in DC, and even though I've been working out like a fiend, I haven't really been tracking calories so much. As a result, I've been bouncing between the same five pounds for a month.
:D But last night, I made it to the grocery store and I've packed my lunch two days in a row. I'm getting back into the swing of things, so hopefully by next February, I'll have ditched half of the rest of the 40 pounds I'm trying to skinny off.
