Trying this again, need help with night eatting so I have to keep my hands busy with something.

    I totally understand. I have been unemployed and i am going back to work in a week. I have been up searching for jogs, need ing to snack. I have tried popcorn and plenty of nuts,fruit, and sometimes, I just eat something.

    I have the same problem so I try to buy healthy items and the 100 calorie snacks and then budget them in. Also drink more water to help you feel full.

    Welcome back I have found making lap quilts for charity to be the key to keeping me busy at night. If I get antsy I hop on the old exercise bike for a power boost. If you did it before you can do it again. emoticon

    I always try to get all of my points at night, especially tracking all night time snacks.
