100 Days to the New Year - Goals and Commitments

This blog post is inspired by MEZZOANGEL and MADEMCHE. Please check out their post they did and what they had to say. As she stated including today, there is 100 days left before the new year. WOW! Where did the time go?

In Paula's post she stated that only 3% of people take time to physically write their goals down, but when they do, there is a 90% accomplishment rate. So I'm definitely on board that I am going to write this down and accomplish it.

I, Lisa have 100 days to make a difference in my life. I promise myself that

I will eat within my calorie range.
I will log my food into sp.
I will run according to my planned schedule.
I will run my first official 10K.
I will run my first official 15K.
I will run my first Official half marathon.
I will Strength train 3 to 4 times a week. (not when I feel like it)
I will Zumba 1 time per week.
I will continue to support others on sp just like they have supported me.
I will lose 27 pounds before January 1, 2011.
I will spend my energy on today not yesterday or tomorrow.
I will remember that this journey is my own and that I am responsible for its outcome.

How are YOU going to make the last 100 Days of 2010 count? Write it down!! Letís do this together and ring in the new year with our commitments- turned- accomplishments that we made to ourselves!
